Last week, IFP was in Oslo for another General Assembly of the Horizon Europe project, UPPER. Hosted by Ruters, we connected with colleagues from across Europe and learned about the great work happening in Oslo to promote accessible public transport and active mobility for all. A highlight was participating #MindTheGap initiative, which aims to increase freedom of movement for people living with disabilities. We shadowed coaches to experience first-hand the challenges that can come with accessing public transport.
IFP is a partner to UPPER Project EU, which strengthens the role of public transport as the cornerstone of sustainable and innovative mobility. We are proud to share our expertise in pedestrian policy and planning with the ten participating European project cities and regions.
